Backup Exec 2010 R3 restore stuck in loading media mode

I'm trying to restore data, and I have tried 2 different tapes to be sure it wasn't the tape causing the issue. I can backup data, but it won't let me restore data. I have just installed R3 a few weeks ago, and have also installed Continous protection server recently. So, I'm not sure where the problem is coming from. I had R2 with no issues. The restore is just stuck in a loading state, but I can see the tapes in the media slot, so they look to have been loaded.I have tried restarting the server, and media drives, but still no luck. Any suggestions!

Is it restore the CPS data, if yes please manual stop the CPS service and the restore the file
