User's months of Free/Busy information stuck at 2 months

We're running Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2003 and we have a GPO that is set to change the Months of Free/Busy information published to 12 months. However, when users send meeting requests that are more than 2 months out, most recipients show their availability as No Information. I've run RSOP.MSC against several PCs and it indicates that the GPO is applying since this setting is indeed set to 12 months. It's like the GPO is applying but it is not taking effect. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Try starting outlook with the cleanfreebusy switch it should regenerate all the free busy information.

Example:

"c:\program files\microsoft office\office12\outlook.exe" /cleanfreebusy

if it works you can try just adding it to the shortcut and for larger scale deployment you can do it using VBscript.

I tried that but I still don't see Free/Busy info after two months. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks again for the suggestions but unfortunately these don't apply in our situation. We're not using the Auto Accept Agent. I double checked and the registry key mentioned doesn't even exist on our Exchange server.
