Cannot send to a group of contacts in Outlook 2010 (came from Outlook 2007 and imported contacts on a new laptop)
I cannot send to a group of contacts in Outlook 2010 (came from Outlook 2007 and imported contacts on a new laptop)... Can't find much online when I look up the error... I've already tried to recreate a user profile and redone the settings manually, which yielded nothing. When I send to the list of 1600 contacts (in the BCC field) it gives the following error:

is this only on one computer that you are having the problem, or is it from multiple machines or all machines

One laptop, not all machines. Our exchange server is hosted by an off-site company.
if it is only that machine then at least we know the scope of the issue and need to focus on the one machine

Yes, I figured that much.
what if you create a new distro group in the hosted exchange, can you send to that group?

The group I'm referring to is just a bunch of individual emails, not an actual Outlook Dist Group.
I had the same issue when upgrading my Outlook 2007 to 2010, I had to recreate all of the groups in 2010. The regular contacts were fine, but the groups I had created in previous version would not migrate.

I've removed the groups in the BCC list and it still yields the same error. Any additional ideas?
