Install symantec cloud proxy server

i am setting up my symantec cloud proxy server on my child domain (like abc.123) do i have to install Symantec proxy server or do i use the one that is built into MS 2008, and if i should use MS can you point me to how to set it up?

may want to check out this guide. on choice of server will be best to reuse existing server infrastructure where possible. The document can be out dated stating Win2K3 server but 2K8 server may be possible as well. The standalone server will need more effort and would suggest to invest on appliance if budget allows and you have huge (or growing) end user size

There are currently three implementations of the Client Site Proxy (CSP):
• CSP, Standalone version
Installs on an existing or new Microsoft Windows Server and acts as standalone proxy server as described above.
• CSP for ISA Server
A plug-in for Microsoft ISA Server 2004 and 2006. The plug-in adds the CSP functionality to the ISA server
• CSP for TMG
A plug-in which adds CSP functionality to the Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway
