pagefile location and creation

1)is the above file created at OS installation?
2)can it be placed in any drive? (other than OS drive?) does it matter where it is ?
3)can we have 2 diff pagefile in 2 diff drives?

1) Yes
2) Yes, on any local drive; you don't have to have one on the OS drive.  You should put it on your fastest storage.
3) You can have only one pagefile per drive, but you can have pagefiles on two or more drives.
