Hi ,

I have a user she had a pdf when she open it. she is unable to view some of the text in the pdf.
The area of wordings are editiable .
I had upgrade the adobe reader version to the lastest version.

May I know, what is the reason she is unable to view the wordings?

Hi

are the other users on the same machine or different PCs. Try logging in with a different user on the PC this is happening on to see if the problem remains. This will either point to a profile issue (which I doubt) or a setup issue on the machine (more likely)

Can you also check which font is used in the area that she cannot see, then check if the font is installed locally.

Hi,

I am not too sure what is the issue, the other users around this user are more or less the same pc and OS. I did use the pdf and input some words. and save it into another file name. This time round it works.

Strange. I was thinking along the preferences or a font being used that is not on her system. maybe just a fluke. Can you reproduce the issue with her account and other PDFs?
