How to print crystal report2010 on Production Server

Hi,
i m working on .net4.0 and using crystal report 2010.I need to print the crystal report ,which works fine on Development server with the help of the inbuilt print icon of  crystal report and also work on a Button click as well but when i try to print this crystal report on production server with the help of inbuilt print icon of crystal report,a wait image comes and ends without any result.Can somebody telll how to resolve this .Thanks.

i want printing at client side on Print button not on the server side.How i can achieve this?

I believe you have to run on the client.

At the very least the client printer has to be available to the server.
