Does HP Network Node Manager supports configuration managment

Would like to know if the HP Network Node Manager supports configuration managment of all the network devices.
Woiuld like to know if it supports automatic configuration managment support with HP NNM

Yes, hp nnm is similar to CiscoWorks. It is a centralized management tool for HP Devices.

Let me correct myself. HP Network Node Manager is part of HP Network Management Center. HP Network Management Center is similar to Cisco Work. Both had subsidiary tools that help monitor, manage, and automate network device changes. The part of HP Network Managment Center that performs automated configuration changes is called HP Network Automation. Here are two links to documents to explain this:

my requirement is simple
Can it offer automatic backup of network devices on periodic basis.
I am not looking for automatic network device configuration.i am looking for HP NNM to take backup of all my network devices automatically on periodic basis.

HP NNM will not do this for you. HP Network Automation does this .

So the conclusion is if I have the HP Network Automation I will be able to automate the backup of my network devices on periodic basis.
