Get data from xml and add it as a column to datatable

Hi

I am reading the data from arraylist to add the columns to the datatable  and saving the data from datatable to database table. but tomorrow if some one will add or delete the column from database table, then how can i identify that to Add/Delete that column from the datatable,

so, please suggest how can i go ahead with C#.NET
