How to add an (Untitled column) to an Infopath repeating table

I am trying to use the "Status Report" template in Infopath to create a user form. When copying the "Open Issue" repeating table I am unable to format it in the same way. I have created a further group in exactly the same format as the issues one but when I try and change the binding of the newly repeating table I cannot get the formatting to match.

When I try and change the bindings of my new table I note that under the "Columns in table" box the value "(Untitled column)" is present. I supect I need to add a similar value to get my formatting to match and wondered how this can be done?

You do not actually need that "Untitled Column" to achieve your formatting.
Once you Change your bindings. Do the following
Add a layout table with 3 rows and one column.
Split the top row into 2 columns
Drag your issueName to the mid left cell
Drag your issueOwner to the mid right cell
Right Click where that field was and delete the column, you will now be able to see your third field
Drag the issueDetails to the bottom row.
Format the top row as needed for the table header.
