Mail System Delivery Report problem

We are experiencing a problem with mail delivery status in outlook. Delivery option are checked under tracking menu however no mail delivery confirmation is arriving. Is maybe there any issue with our mail company server and their configuration? Is there any option they should enable?

Well, delivery confirmation is sent by the adresees mail server. Lots of admins disable that option as an anti spam measure. So that could be the issue.

Thank you, I will try to contact them.. Probably there is no option for clients to check if that option is available on the server?

Not that I'm aware of, you'd need to be an admin.
