Hi Experts, is there a way of checking from the message header, the device/device type that sent the message? e.g. we have employees that can access their emails on Blackberry/iPhone or Outlook Web Access or the Microsoft Outlook MAPI client. In the message header is this distinction made?

you can check for the x-mailer  and user-agent header
