Can Quick Steps be specific to a Sender in Outlookis itit

Hello,

In Outlook (2010), can Quick Steps be created which are specific to a given e-mail sender?

For example, can a single Quick Step button be customized in such a way that clicking it will move e-mail messages from one sender to a particular folder and those from another sender to a different folder?  If that is not possible with a single Quick Step button, can an individual Quick Step be created for each sender?

Can you explain the steps to do that?

Thanks in

Its very much possible.. :)

Click on Create New (as in screenshot). Provide name (optional) and select the Action as per your requirement.
Select a key from the "shortcut key" drop down (optional)

You may need to remember the shortcut combination for each quick step.

In order to user the quick step rule, all you have to do is highlight the mail and press the shortcut key combination. Once you run out of the shortcut keys, you can still create quick steps, but you have to right click the mail, quick steps and then select the "action" in the sub menu.
