Looking for a nice way to display about 70 products

My client has about 70 parts that he wants to display on a web page. He manufactures Walking Golf Carts and many people order parts from him.  We want to display the pictures so people can easily browse through them and find the part they are looking for.  Select the part and quantity and then send an email to the owner.

Any suggestions on the best way to do this?

The application you describe is called a "shopping cart" and it is what Amazon.com spent $100,000,000 to invent back in the 1990's.  Today any kid in his parent's basement can put together a shopping cart for free.  The idea about sending an email to the owner of the parts is usually implemented with some kind of automated e-commerce solution. The client selects the parts, pays for them (probably with a credit card), and the software that receives the payment (maybe a PayPal IPN) sends the bill of materials and the shipping information to the warehouse.

None of the full-blown shopping carts is a "simple thing" when you start implementing the technical solution on your own servers, and I would recommend that you consider using one of the online sales services.  You might choose ebay or Amazon for starters.  Be sure to budget carefully for the shipping costs and for the fees, especially if you use eBay.
