I wanted to know if there's a way/formula for ROI in a document management solutions arena?  or in any other arena...MS, VMWARE, CISCO, BC/BDR?

Many of the top DMS providers have lots of info on ROI at their websites, such as:

(1) Kofax:
http://www.kofax.com/

(2) Documentum:
http://www.emc.com/domains/documentum/index.htm

(3) OpenText:
http://www.opentext.com/

(4) ReadSoft:
http://www.readsoft.com/

Enter ROI in the search box at the above sites and you'll plenty of hits. Also, the AIIM site has a ton of info:
http://www.aiim.org/

You'll need to create an AIIM account at:

The AIIM account is free. Regards, Joe
