SAP dissappears from the taskbar when minimized

Whenever SAP (either through Citrix or GUI) is minimized it dissappears. It can be restored via right click the ICON next to the time and Click Restore all Sessions....Any Ideas

This seems to be a windows "feature"... I did not know about such problems.
Please
1. check your windows setting.
2. try to use "return to standard" in SAPgui options
3. check if newest SAPGui Patch is installed.
