Apache Basic External Authentication: Allow Two Users

This only allows user sallysmith access to the web directory.  I want both users sallysmith and joeschmoe to have access.
AuthType Basic
AuthName "Restricted"
AuthBasicProvider external
AuthExternal pwauth
require user sallysmith
