Best way to create Do-Not-Reply Address

I am looking for the best way to implement an address that a school principal wants to use.  She wants to send emails to parents but she does not want any replies.  A one way email path.  I was thinking I could give her an email address of Do-Not-Reply@mydomian.net and then put in a rule in her Outlook to immediately, permanently delete any emails sent to that address.  I also have mydomain.org I can use that does not have a path back to through the firewall.  Just wondering if there was perhaps a smarter, better way.

Use a reply-to address that is invalid.  Don't create a user or alias.  Send mail through an SMTP server that will accept your "from" and "reply-to" addresses without validation.

In your mail client, set the "from" and "reply-to" to the invalid address.  It helps to create a separate profile not attached to an Exchange server, as Exchange will verify the addresses first and attach the address of the real sender.

Be sure to BCC the recipients, not CC.
