Event Registration for Joomla 1.5

I'm in kind of a bind here. I'm looking for an event registration package that runs under Joomla 1.5 and I'm currently using Seminar-1.3.0 which is pretty close to the functionality I need with a few critical exceptions.

My keys issues are registration control. I host an event that has multiple classes running for multiple days and I want the ability to:
prevent people from registering for different classes that start at the same time/day
Example:
Networking Class starts at 10am on Monday
Programming Class starts at 10am on Monday
Applications Class starts at 10am on Monday

I want to limit people to registering for only one of these classes.

prevent people from registering for the same class type multiple times.
Example:
Networking Class starts at 10am on Monday
Networking Class starts at 1pm on Tuesday
Networking Class starts at 9:00am on Wednesday

I want to limit people to registering for only one of these.

My big problem is time; I need to get a package up this weekend so I don't have alot of time to preen through all the available components out there, or to try and find the right one.

There are other functions that are important, that most other packages I found address, but haven't found one yet that does the above.

If anyone has any knowledge of a package that provides the above functionality, I'd appreciate a speedy response. I've looked at

Because I'm under the gun, I have have discounted a package that does prove the functionality I'm looking for because I couldn't spend the time necessary to notice all the functions.

Oh yeah, commercial or opensource doesn't matter, as long as it works.

Thanks in advance!!!

DT Register handles the first of your critical requirements, but not the second.

In the second were these separate classes in the same bookable course or separate duplicated courses? If the latter I would handle it with a general screen message asking the student to check/confirm  they had not already selected a course of this type.

If the former I have not seen any extension that can handle a course with an irregular recurring class time slot pattern as a single course/event. Were you saying that the four you looked could handle such a course time table?

The classes are the same, just run at different days/times. The packages I've looked at so far don't appear to support the functions, at least not to my knowledge. It's hard to tell based on the feature list. In cases where the products allow for a demo site, I didn't see any indication they support that functionality.

If Seminars for Joomla supported it, I'd be a happy guy.

Do you have direct experience with DTRegister?

Yes I am using DT Register on a couple of sites though not this feature of protecting the student from choosing overlapping courses. I looked at some others when I made my choice but was not looking for courses with multiple time slots. I was only concerned about recurring events.

Sorry for the delay. Since Seminars for Joomla was the closest to what I needed. I contacted the author through his Sourceforge account but haven't received a reply. I'm out of luck for this round of events but hopefully, he is willing to consider the mods for his next release.

Thanks for the feedback austega.
