HOW Do I Remove an Orphan AutoAccept Resource In Exchange 2003?

I have 4 orphan autoaccept resources that I would like to remove.  I’ve found “Unregistering Deleted Resource Mailboxes from Auto Accept Agent” (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124425(EXCHG.65).aspx) which is a master piece of a non-answer.  It tells me:

To resolve the EXOLEDB error, you must log on the System Mailbox, find the orphaned entry or GUID for the deleted resource mailbox, and manually delete the GUID. To locate the orphaned entry for the deleted resource mailbox in the System Mailbox folder, use the MAPI Editor tool.

However, it tells me nothing about HOW do this.  I’ve downloaded and run the current MAPI Editor (MFCMapi.6.0.0.1027.exe) and opened a couple of System Mailboxes and been stopped dead once I did.

How do I know which System Mailbox to open? (I have 13 of them in my domain)

Once I get the right System Mailbox open, how do I find the orphans to delete them?  I tried the System Mailbox in the message store that also contains the active resource mailboxes and also the one in the First Storage Group.  However, I haven’t the slightest idea where to look or what to do once I’m in it
