B=3,4,5,6
U=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

P(B/A)

what is B/A is it same as B interset A' (tick means complement)

There is no notation B/A in standard set operations. There is B\A which refers to refers to the difference between B and A,  ie x in B not in A.

... if you meant B\A,  then the set difference B\A is also the same as B interset A' .
