Exchange 2010 uninstall failed

i have two exchange servers both has MB HUB CAS i want to uninstall and remove one of them to format it i tried to uninstall using the control panel add/remove programs from win 2008 i got the below message

NOTE: im sure there are no any mail boxes hosted on that server

You have a lot of issues, one of them is that trend micro services are running and a second powershell is running. Close powershell, stop trend micro services and try again

Get-Mailbox -arbitration you will see there is still mailboxes
