ArchServe D2D config file

Is it possible to edit Archserve D2D settings via a config file instead from the application. This way i can make changes to 10 machines at once. Also apply the license key.

Yes, you can edit the BackupConfiguration.xml file located at X:\Program Files\CA\ARCserve D2D\Configuration.

For the license, you will have to apply individually on each box. If you recieved an OLF file instead of a license key, then that OLF can be copied to the CA_LIC folder on each machine.

If you are using the latest version, i.e. r16, then you have a centralized tool, ARCserve Central Protection Manager, that can be used to push policy to all machines from a single UI.

Theres no folder "configuration". Only "ARCserve RHA" and "SharedComponents". I'm running r15 of D2D.
