Outlook signature not displaying correctly

When I created a signature with a graphic in it using Outlook 2007 it will display correctly when you send it to a recipient who uses 2007 or 2010.
If you send an email to a recipient who uses Outlook 2003 then the signature  goes out of alignment (see attached PDF)

If you create the signature in Outlook 2003 using Word as the editor then it works sending to other 2003 users. Outlook 2007 doesn't seem to let you use Word to create signature

I think you can adjust the alignment on Outlook. If you are using the picture in jpeg format; i do not think it is an alignment issue. or the other way is to create from beginning with on the Outlook

How do you use word as the editor in Outlook 2007

When you make an "advanced" signature in Outlook, sometimes the backend HTML is not always generated properly. Try to recreate your signature in Word (or any other HTML editor), make sure that all of the content is left justified in the Word document. Then copy and paste it back into the signature block in Outlook and see if that fixes the issue.
