Retrieve conf failed to copy file(s) from a module's agi-bin dir: mkdir(): File exists


when I add an extension in freepbx and I receive this message..

Can anyone please help with this error. The error occurs when saving config changes.

Has it always produced this error?

It is trying to create a new directory but its getting an error because it already exists.

Looks like a bug in freepbx.

Have you tried updating it to the latest version?
