Microsoft Outlook 2010 hangs/freezes - unexpected memory error in event log

Brand new computer, fresh install of Microsoft Office 2010.
The user is using RPC over HTTP - buffered with .OST file.

When using Oulook, the application freezes from time to time. I have tried to delete the local mail profile, and setting up again - still same error.

The event log tells me:

"Search has encountered an unexpected memory error (C:\Users\XX_USER__\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\XX_USER_XX@XX_DOMAIN_XX.com - Lokal outlook.ost). Outlook will attempt to recover from this operation"

Any tips?

Hello,

Based on error, I recommend you to please disable advance search add-on from the outlook or try to recreate indexing of outlook.

Thanks,
