Hello Everyone,

As you may know Windows 7 has a feature called Flick that works with pen pads and auto turns on with Smartboards. This feature is causing issues with our smartboard and  need a way to disable it for 600 computers. I was wondering if anyone has found a way to cut this off using group policy or even if they may have a script.

Found a doc showing the registry key

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms704034%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

And another page indicating that the settings are also replicated to:

HKUS\**\Software\Microsoft\Wisp\Pen\SysEventParameters
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wisp\Pen\SysEventParameters

Should be too difficult to push out a registry patch

It can be found under:
Computers/policies/administrative templates/windows components/tablet pc/pen ux behavior

Just enable the policy Prevent Flicks.
