Outlook 2010 and shared mailbox problem

We recently upgraded some workstations from office 2003 to 2010. Previously i had four people opening a shared mailbox. They each had a folder under the inbox that they would drag a message to and then call the sender. Now that we have upgraded, senders are getting multiple calls because my people dont see that one of their colleagues have moved the message. Im sure its a refresh issue, but I have had no luck resolving it yet. I am running Exchange 2003 (for now)

Thank you.

Hello,

In Outlook, go to Tools - Account Settings. On the E-mail tab, open the properties for the Exchange account. Click More Settings. On the Advanced tab, uncheck the box beside "Download shared folders". This will prevent Outlook from caching the shared mailbox and all your users will see a "live" copy.

Thanks. I thought I had already cleared cached mode, but I found one that still had it enabled. That may have been the problem. I will test and let you know, Thanks for your help.
