I am based in the UK and want to get a new ASA5505 from a Cisco partner so I could get a Smartnet (software updates+TAC). I googled and in most cases I can find asa with 256 even though Cisco says all ASA should be shipped with 512 since Feb2011..

Can anyone advise any website (UK) where I could get it ???

Don't pay attention to specs listed on the sites, most have never been updated since the memory change.  It's actually since Feb 2010 that all ASAs ship with the maximum supported RAM.

Order new from your usual Cisco Certified Reseller and it will come with 512mb, I guarantee it.
