List populated

Hi,

I have a select City dropdown menu.  I don't want to get populated when the user come to this page.  
I want when the user select a state to have the city get populated.

Please, take a look at my site.

post you server code, it need to be updated.

or with javascript (bad idea) put the following in your page :

window.onload = function() {
        document.getElementsByName("GetCity")[0].options.length = 0;
}
</script>
