why does email start going to junk mail

have a win.7 new workstation, and it is running outlook 2003. It is connected to a 2008 sbs server with exchange 2007. Was working fine and then all of a sudden normal emails, internal email address's. , started going to Junk Mail folder. Did a detect and repair and it did not fix. No one else is reporting the prob. on any other clients running same config. Told it to make that junk mail accepted as safe sender and it comes up with somekind of address book error. What can be done short of backup/restore/uninstall/reinstall office/restore/etc....??? Not Spam, goes to Junk Mail Folder..

Very odd issue. Run this tool and see if it helps

1.Go to drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12
2.Double-click Scanost.exe
3.Select the options that you need
4.Click Begin Scan.

Have you any outlook patches installed recently.It would be  a MS security patch ot
Check the Junk Mail folder settings

joey--i will have to try the scanost but usually that is corupted data base.

mboppe- it is already set to NO CHECKING on the junk mail..that is what is strange
using the add/remove to junk folder seems to do nothing.
lately what DOES seem to do something is highlighting the email in junk folder and clicking on "wanted"
so far that is only thing that has made a diff. just FYI...it may have solved it actually..but a day or two will tell..

not yet. seeing if the "wanted" option holds in there as a fix..
but will try any/all of the above if needed...give a day to get back to you ALL

using the "Wanted" option after highlighting the problem email has fixed the problem.

this is the option that worked, other options were good...just did not have to try as the "wanted" option fixed quicker and easier
