Experts,
This is too easy for some but not me:

Subtract 3/17/2008 from 2/15/2008. How many days?

If you have the dates in cells you can just subtract one from another, e.g. with laer date in B2

=B2-A2

or with the dates in the formula

=DATE(2008,3,17)-DATE(2008,2,15)

either way format the result cell as general
