oracle client soft 10.2.0.4 patch 20 uprade on Win 32

Please see attached file.
when i am trying to apply patch on 10gr2 with patch# 8439200 on windows server 2003 32 bit.
Please help me guys.

please Install latest Opatch first

OPatch version    : 10.2.0.5.1

are you sure you set properly the ORACLE_HOME variable?
Seems that OPatch is not pointing to the right binaries...

Mentioned above:  Check your ORACLE_HOME.

The patch you are trying to install is an Oracle Server (database server) patch.

Take a look at the screen shot you posted.  You are trying to apply it against an Oracle Client install.

I figured out the problem.
It is looking for oracle.rdbms.rsf 10.2.0.4.
My oracle client version is 10.2.0.1
So the solution I came up is I need to upgrade to 10.2.0.4  first and then i need to apply the patch
