Find Exact records

I have a database  (see attached) it has a script that allows a user to find records. I want users to look records based on the field'FirstField'. The problem I run to is that if a user types 'joe' it brings any records that have the word 'joe' in it. I just want to bring the exact record entered by user. I know I can use '==' and that will bring the exact match. But I do not want users to type '=='. Is there a way for me to add this to the script so that the user may only enter what they are looking for?
