apps logs backup

I need to fully backup the following:
1) Application Log files
2) Security Log files
3) Access Log files
.........in windows 2003 server x64 bit.

How do I back them up and where are they located.

what do i back up? i do not see any of the files i need. I need to back up the application, security, and access log files. I didn' t see them.
