Joomla / Joomfish not detecting User Agent Locale ID

Hi,

I am working on the translation of www.cocinasplus.com

Managed to get Joomfish installed, Russian Language Pack, all good :) But I have 2 issues:
1) I use Firefox with Quick Locale Switcher - it appears that Joomla is not detecting the language -
2) How can I add a row of flags to let people override the default language detection? (once it works!)

Hi, if I go to: Extensions > Plugin Manager > all I can see is:Joomfish - Missing_translation
If I go to Components > Joomfish > Plugin Manager.... I see the same thing.

If I go to Extensions > Module Manager I cannot locate a jlanguage selection module.

What am I doing wrong?

extensions --> plugins --> System - Jfrouter

extensions --> modules --> Language Selection

you must have these as there are installed with joomfish component

Well, I took this Joomla installation over from another developer - Joomfish was installed - could it be he removed them because I definitely do not see them there.... although...

What I do see if I go to:
Extensions > Install/Uninstall > Modules (Tab)
mod_jflanguageselection Site 2.1.5 2010-11-23 Joom!Fish Project

I think the reason it was not detecting properly was due to "cookies"
