Just FYI, it'd help if you gave more specific details in future. Particularly versions. Although the above tip works across all version of Citrix on 2003, there are some that're version or even OS/patch specific.

its not working I have tried "c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -e "\\fileshare\personal"
Hang on. You said Explorer. Now you're saying INTERNET Explorer. Which is it?
i tried both
"c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" -e "\\fileshare\personal"
"c:\windows\EXPLORE.EXE" -e "\\fileshare\personal"
From you're original question, you need to follow the instruction in the KB article I provided.

That shows how to publish EXPLORER to show specific paths, drive, shares, etc.

From Internet Explorer? Not even sure it's possible.
You are trying to open files shares in a web browser?
yes Tony, when I tried to publish as content got error ""dnserror""
When I try through VPN getting the error as mentioned in screenshot. Local network no issue. Please help

I think we need to step back here a few paces. It seems you may be conflating several issues.

Ok - first off. Is this a new installation? If not, do other applications work?

How are your users trying to connect when they get that error above? Through Citrix Web Interface?

Can anyone connect? From inside the the LAN? Outside?
I am just trying publish the shared folder. Its working through PNA and WI in LAN

Inside LAN able to launch without any issue. Outside LAN I mean through VPN getting error when users are trying through WI as mentioned in screenshot. All other applications are working fine.
