Dear Experts

I have a quick question which I am hoping someone can provide some guidance. I have a copier that is sitting on a different network (Let say Hilton network). At the same co-location, I have a SSG FW device tunnel to fascilate access to my corporate network (Both copier and XP system running the SMTPVS) resides on this network.

I was able to relay messages through the XP box until it crashed. I went ahead and rebuild another system with IIS runing on it. In the IIS, I have configured a new REMOTE domain and set to forward all mail to a smart host [10.X.X.X]. Nothing has changed on the SSG FW or copier BUT still "Scan to mail not working". Any ideas?

Is mail piling up in your queue on the virtual server?

Take a look at the \inetpub\mailroot\queue\ and \inetpub\mailroot\badmail\ to see if you are holding mail.

I haven't tried it, but you can also use smtpdiag as described below.

Figured it out. The assigned SMTP address was not registered with MessagesLabs.
