We did convert his old NK2 file to outlook 2010 recently.

User on Windows 7 with Outlook 2010 sending internal email .  When sending an email using the autocomplete it sends the adress like this:   user name"@exmf024-nj-5.domain.local” instead of: user name "username@clientdomain.co.uk"
