Attempt to reconnect - Message - Your EAS account does nto have permission to synchronize with your current settings.
I know there is a Hotfix 937031 but unfortunatel when I go to Exchange System Manager - HTTP-Microsoft Server Active Sync -Properties - Access - then I am suppose to click the Authenication tab - but that tab is grayed out and unable to click
Customer wants the problem solved before moving the mailboxes - I say move the mailboxes and then solve that issue
Any suggestion on how to solve this Active Sync issues?
Wasn't active sync settings suppose to migrate with the mailbox?
