Process of doing a transition from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010
So far three mailboxes have been moved and all three cell phones lost thier active sync connections - OWA is fine
Attempt to reconnect - Message - Your EAS account does nto have permission to synchronize with your current settings.
I know there is a Hotfix 937031 but unfortunatel when I go to Exchange System Manager - HTTP-Microsoft Server Active Sync -Properties - Access - then I am suppose to click the Authenication tab - but that tab is grayed out and unable to click
Customer wants the problem solved before moving the mailboxes - I say move the mailboxes and then solve that issue
Any suggestion on how to solve this Active Sync issues?
Wasn't active sync settings suppose to migrate with the mailbox?
Thank YOu

Active Sync Connects to the CAS server in Exchange 2010.  Check this link out:

Has the active sync traffic been changed to the new cas server?
