The problem appearss after clicking on the startbutton (from stand by with a closed screen). I got the  screen without problems for a few seconds and than a blue screen.
I tried to start in save mode. i got a black screen with the save mode message on the four corners and the mouse on it.
that 's all. i hope somebody can help to fix it without reinstalling the OS.

-exclude ram posibility
-check if free space of OS partition is less thean 250MB if so remove some folders to another partition
-test HDD by any bootable test utility
-boot to safe mode and chech device manager for any conflicts or errors remove any recently added software
-remove HDD and put another one and install OS to exclude ather hardware posibilities
-return original HDD and use recovery console to repair OS

Now using the r command (for recovery) i get a C drive. Typing the command dir i get the files from the D (that what i thought it was D).
now typing C:\>cd D:\ i got a message that this folder is not valid
