High level client wants to be updated automation when certain events occur - but does not want to give up his 'FLast@bellsouth.net' account.

His organization uses exchange, where an email group 'Situations' has been created for these certain events.

I set him up with and exchange account in hopes there was functionality to forward his company email to his personal eamil - to no avail.

How do I use exchange to send to a webmail/POP3 account?

Thx

Just create a contact on your exchange server. This contact is configured with the personnal email adress (ex : user@yahoo.com). Then, add your contact on the distribution group.
