How do I get a report of all users calendar permissions.  Ie, who allows who to see their calendar and who can see whos calendar....

We run exchange 2003 with outlook 2003

You can use PFDevAdmin tool to check and export report for each calendar in exchange 2003. PFDevAdmin is a free tool from microsoft and you'll need to run this tool to your server where you have hosted the calendars.
