Navman External Route Creation
Hi,
I am trying to create a route file externally to then manually transfer onto a M-Nav 760 device.
The route files contain lines similar to that below which define the points on a route.
COUNTRY="Australia" CITY="Fake City" PLZ="3000" STREET="Made up street" HOUSE_NO="1" TYPE="0" PT="144.35xxxx -36.29xxxx" IDPT="107638962 -29083039"
The device actually uses the the IDPT field to plot the location on the map but I cannot determine how this field is calucated from the GPS location provided in the PT field.
Does anyone know how this is done?
Thanks,

Thanks, but I do have access to a user manual. They don't contain what I am after.
I am trying to build it into an existing computer program which contains a databse of various locations including their GPS locations.
The route files stored on the Navman are of the attached format.
I just need to know how the IDPT field is generated so that I can automate the route creation and have them uploaded onto the various navman units we use.
Thanks
