I'm trying to find a way to move over a specific folder for a user that no longer works for the company and the new employee. I'm looking to transfer over the sent items folder. I've went it to exchange managment console and gave the new employee full access permission but It doesn't seem like its working. I can't find a way to do it in outlook to open up another uses mailbox. I'm sure there has to be way to do it in the exchange shell. But I don't know how to do it. Any suggestions please thank you
