Outlook syncronization error log

Hi There,

One of our users who is located off site and is connecting to our Exchange server via OWA has recently been receiving syncronization log error in their outlook unread mailbox. See error message listed below.

If anyone could provide any assistance on how to resolve this issue that would be greatly appreciated

Does this user use both OWA and an Outlook Client
If they do, go to their Outlook Profile on a PC.
Go into their account settings, and turn off chached exchange mode'
