Have a High Maintenance BB user who @ 2:29 today stopped receiving email on his BB 9780
Server is BESX running on SBS 2008 - user has been working fine for the last 6 months, no other users are reporting this issue on the BES
Under Enterprise Activation on the BB im being told it is saying Status - Initializing Service Desktop
He had powered of the device and removed the Battery and turned back on still it says this.
How would I fix this issue ?
