Email group when Outlook Public Calendar entry is made
I have an Outlook Public Calendar that we use for out manager's group. This calendar is used to schedule time away from the office, i.e. vacation, Dr. appt, customer visits, etc.
Is there a way to automatically email the manager group whenever a new entry is created?
All managers are using a minimum of Office 2k7 and we are running Exchange 2K7
