I have an Outlook Public Calendar that we use for out manager's group. &nbsp;This calendar is used to schedule time away from the office, i.e. vacation, Dr. appt, customer visits, etc. <br />

Is there a way to automatically email the manager group whenever a new entry is created?<br />

All managers are using a minimum of Office 2k7 and we are running Exchange 2K7
