running BPA - getting this error

POP3 Connector Snap-In has not been updated.  then it gives me a link, but the link says this is now part of Windows Updates.  But Windows Updates says there are no updates left to do

Can I still install this update manually?

OS is SBS 2003.

Thanks

Are you using Software Update Services, Windows Software Update Services, or just Windows Update?

If you click on Start Button, do you see Windows Update in the Menu?   If so it takes you to the Windows Update site and give you the option to change to Microsoft Update
