SQL 2005 script automation

I need to execute a script to update data on about 500 SQL2005 Express on XP, what would be the best way to do this. the script will be removing data from each database in several tables.
any help is greatly appreciated.

you can use cscript .vbs file to deploy it on those machine,
if the machines are connected to AD then you can use GPO logon script to run it on those machine

also you may need this to get computer name and use it in the script  

Set objNetwork = CreateObject("Wscript.Network")
ServerStr = objNetwork.ComputerName

OK, these machines are not on AD, so I can use the example script on the link to execute remotely. I will try that out and update in the next couple of days.
